Sugar River Raceway

Calling all adrenaline seekers! Perfect for your next family outing, bachelor party, company outing, or if you just want to come and enjoy some racing. Come enjoy the thrill of racing with use at Sugar River Raceway. Bring your own equipment and join our racing league! We have a team of expert mechanics to get your kart in tip-top shape. Or, just bring yourselves! We offer high performance go-karts along with a crew to help tune the kart to your specific desires. Open April-November, come out and try to post the best hot-lap or, bring your friends and family for a day of racing fun.

Covered Bridge Days

People come near and far to visit Brodhead’s famous “Covered Bridge”. We have made a whole summer festival to celebrate the history it brings to our town! Typically in early August, come out to downtown Brodhead and walk our streets. Lined with vendors and live music, our downtown quickly turns into a bustling place full of people and community. This is a great way to get outside and enjoy the dog days of summer. Bring your kids, leashed animals, and friends for this family friendly event. Food and drink vendors will be on-site ready to quench your thirst or fill your hungry bellies.

Brodhead Historical Society Depot Museum

This one is for museum and train enthusiasts alike. Here in Downtown Brodhead, our historical Depot Museum is always a hit. Come and learn about the rich history of Brodhead and our relevance within the rail system that used to be. Hundreds of years of history all in one place. You can even climb in a decommissioned train and get hands on learning of what the train engineers used to deal with every day. Learn from our team of volunteers and workers all about the history of Brodhead. Join us every Monday night for a meeting or guest speakers and learn all of what Brodhead has to offer. Be sure to keep an eye on the calendar for special events and speakers throughout the year!
